Our established Programs give our Members the opportunity to meet other young people who understand what it’s like living with Endometriosis.
Our Programs
Currently, our Programs are run in Sydney, the Sunshine Coast, Newcastle, Adelaide and Melbourne. Outside of these Programs, Australian Endometriosis Fanoundation also offers diverse events, workshops, and initiatives aimed at supporting and connecting young people with endometriosis.
Freezer Friends
Freezer Friends is a supportive program for young women + their loved ones exploring fertility preservation. The Program features a Q+A with medical professionals and other young women who have been through the process of fertility preservation (often for medical reasons) in a forum-style setting.
Annual Retreats
Each year we run a fully sponsored retreat for up to 12 young women across Australia. All attendees have the opportunity to enjoy 4 days of community, connection, self-care and empowerment.
Care + Comfort Packs
Our Care and Comfort Packs provide thoughtfully handpicked goodies to comfort young women undergoing endometriosis treatment or surgery. These packs are provided free of charge to young women in hospital across Australia.

Coffee Catch-Ups
Regular catch-ups hosted across Australia, connecting young women with endometriosis over coffee. This Program is led by AEF Ambassadors - who all have lived experience with endometriosis - fostering mutual support and community support.
